The Mallard Order secretly draws much of its power from small stones with glyph symbols engraved onto them known as a $RUNE. Simply by clutching a $RUNE within a Mallard's grasp they can attune themselves to it and gain its power. $RUNE is The Mallard Order's utility token. It is what powers The Mallard Order's ecosystem within The Crypt.
$RUNE is not a form of real world currency and has no real world value. 1 $RUNE = 1 $RUNE.
